It figures. We don't get any snowfall to stick on the ground all winter in Richmond (we did see snowflakes on a few occasions).
Then, come today, we get just over an inch of snow that actually sticks to the ground. And this is after January was the 2nd warmest on record in over 50 years, but then February was the coldest on record.
We're well beyond daffodils and crocuses blooming and dying, and the tulips are up, and now the snow decides to come and stick.
